Dr. W. Craig Moss, D.C. Founder and owner of CORE Health Centers located in Spartanburg SC.

Dr. Moss Graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2003. He is South Carolina Board Certified as well as National Board Certified.

As a young teenager Dr. Moss was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident, the ATV he was driving was hit head on by a pickup causing serious injuries. After seeking treatment from numerous medical providers with no improvement over a nine month period Dr. Moss’ mother took him to see a Chiropractor. For the first time in months he was finally relieved of the pain he had been experiencing. Once he received benefits of chiropractic care first hand this changed his life forever, Dr. Moss decided to become a Chiropractor and dedicate his life to helping others.

At CORE Health Centers Dr. Moss’s main goal is to help you “Get Your Life Back”. We take pride in treating our patients not only as friends but as family. Dr. Moss has developed a dynamic team of health care professionals including Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioner’s, Licensed Medical Massage Therapist, Medical Assistants as well as Physical Therapist.
